Subscribers receive professionally seasoned cookware and may request swaps for equivalent items.Subscriptions & BillingSubscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your account or by contacting support.ShippingOrders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times may vary based on availability and location.SwapsSubscribers may request a swap at any time. You are responsible for return shipping of the original item. A freshly seasoned replacement will be sent once the original item is returned.Loss or Non-ReturnIf cookware is not returned after cancellation or a swap request, a replacement fee may apply.
The fee is based on the retail value of the item, with credit for subscription payments already made.Use & CareCookware should be used and cared for according to standard practices. Normal wear is expected.CancellationYou may cancel your subscription at any time. No long-term contracts apply.Limitation of LiabilitySeasoned is not responsible for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.ChangesWe may update these terms from time to time.
